Perrion Williams Commits to Utah Football

In an exciting turn of events in college football recruiting, three-star wide receiver Perrion Williams announced his commitment to the University of Utah during an official visit to Salt Lake City on Saturday night. Standing 6-foot and weighing 163 pounds, Williams hails from Archbishop Riordan High in San Francisco and was also offered by Minnesota.

Last season, while playing for Saint Francis High, Williams showcased his talent by accumulating 757 yards and scoring nine touchdowns on 52 receptions. His commitment marks a significant milestone for Utah, as Williams is the eighth player to join the 2026 recruiting class and the first wide receiver to commit.

He will be joined by a talented group of recruits, including quarterback Michael Johnson, edge rusher Preston Pitts, running back LaMarcus Bell, linebacker LaGary Mitchell Jr., cornerback Major Hinchen, safety Carter Stewart, and tight end Bear Fisher. Williams’ addition highlights Utah’s commitment to strengthening their offensive lineup and building a competitive team for the upcoming seasons. As the recruiting landscape continues to evolve, all eyes will be on how these young athletes develop in the Utes’ program.
