SALT LAKE CITY – The University of Utah football program has officially announced the themes for its home games during the 2025 season, adding an exciting layer to the experience at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
Kicking off the season, the Utes will host Cal Poly on September 6, celebrated as the Ring of Honor Game. Following that, the team will welcome Texas Tech on September 20 for "Ute Proud" day, designed to celebrate the spirit and unity of the Ute community.
As the season progresses, October promises to be lively, with Arizona State’s visit on October 11 marked as the Hall of Fame Game, honoring the program’s storied history. The Colorado matchup on October 25 will serve as Homecoming, where fans are encouraged to “Stripe the Stadium” in a coordinated show of Ute pride.
November brings two significant events, starting with Military Appreciation Day on November 1 as Cincinnati visits, celebrating the contributions of service members. The regular season wraps up on November 22 against Kansas State, designated as Senior Day and MUSS Appreciation, honoring the senior players and their dedicated fan base.
The Utes will initiate their 2025 campaign on the road against UCLA on August 30, setting the stage for an invigorating season ahead.
