ITV Unveils Star-Studded Line-Up for ‘SHARK! Celebrity Infested Waters’
ITV has announced the upcoming premiere of its exhilarating new series, ‘SHARK! Celebrity Infested Waters,’ set to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the iconic film ‘Jaws.’ The show will feature a diverse roster of celebrities, including TV presenter Ade Adepitan, actress Helen George, comedian Sir Lenny Henry, and McFly’s Dougie Poynter, among others.
Produced by Plimsoll Productions, known for their captivating natural history programs, the series will see participants facing their ultimate fears: sharks. Filmed in Bimini, dubbed the shark capital of the world, the celebrities will dive into an adrenaline-charged adventure, confronting various shark species — from Hammerheads to Bull sharks. Each episode will escalate in intensity, as the challenges become more daring and the sharks increasingly formidable.
The participants will not only test their limits through thrilling underwater encounters but also engage in fear-inducing tasks that highlight sharks’ critical role within the marine ecosystem.
