Pickup Truck Rolls Over on I-80 in Salt Lake County, No Injuries Reported
SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah, June 1, 2025 — Authorities reported a rollover incident involving a pickup truck on Interstate 80 Sunday afternoon. The rollover occurred near mile marker 113, just west of the turnoff for Salt Lake City International Airport, according to Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Battenfield.
The driver lost control of the vehicle, leading to the pickup truck and its attached camper rolling to the roadside. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.
Traffic was briefly affected as emergency services responded to the scene, but the situation has since been resolved.
Sgt. Battenfield emphasized the importance of safe driving practices, especially in changing weather or road conditions. Motorists are reminded to remain vigilant and adhere to speed limits to prevent such accidents on the busy interstate.
