Luxury Wellness Retreat Ameyalli Park City Set to Launch in 2026
Midway, Utah – Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer and hospitality expert Christopher Hunsberger, co-founders of the luxury hotel brand Appellation, are teaming up with wellness leader Deepak Chopra to introduce Ameyalli Park City by Appellation. This new wellness retreat will be developed on a stunning 78-acre site near Park City, featuring an 80-key hotel, a state-of-the-art wellbeing center, and multiple upscale dining venues.
Emphasizing culinary excellence intertwined with wellness, Ameyalli will showcase a signature restaurant and bar by Palmer, alongside a 50,000-square-foot wellness facility that includes a spa, a luxury mineral pool, and a garden-to-table restaurant. Guests will benefit from immersive dining experiences utilizing local produce from the resort’s biodiverse garden.
Highlighting its connection with nature, Ameyalli will be built around a natural geothermal spring, featuring 28 hot springs and views of the Wasatch Mountains. The design, inspired by the landscape, will also include the Ameyalli Center of Excellence, aligning health programs with Chopra’s seven pillars of wellbeing.
With a growing demand for holistic travel experiences, Ameyalli Park City is poised to enhance Utah’s premium resort offerings, launching in 2026 just minutes from Deer Valley Resort.
