Utah Transit Authority Announces TRAX Red Line Maintenance
SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) has announced scheduled maintenance on the TRAX Red Line from May 24 to August 17. During this period, service will be suspended between the Courthouse and University Medical Center stations. UTA is advising passengers to transfer to Routes 1, 2, or 4 at Gallivan Plaza as an alternative.
Riders are also encouraged to plan for potential delays, with UTA recommending allowing up to 45 additional minutes for their journeys. The maintenance is essential for ensuring the reliability and safety of the transit service.
