KUTV Launches 2News Diaper Drive to Support Utah Families
KUTV is excited to announce that the 2News Diaper Drive is nearing its conclusion, running through Mother’s Day, May 11, 2025. This vital initiative aims to combat diaper insecurity in Utah by collecting donations and funds for the Utah Diaper Bank. Community members can contribute by donating new diapers at any Cyprus Credit Union branch or Utah Honda Dealer location.
Mayra Cedano, executive director of the Utah Diaper Bank, and Brandon Wilson, general manager of Utah Honda Dealers, highlighted the significance of this drive in a recent discussion with Kari Hawker Diaz. They emphasized that every diaper donated helps alleviate a financial burden for local families in need.
“Every diaper makes a difference—join the effort to support our community,” they urged. The collected diapers will directly benefit the Utah Diaper Bank and assist families facing hardship.
