Hallmark Fans Gear Up for Christmas Con 2025
Edison, NJ — With just seven months until Christmas, Hallmark fans are eagerly planning their wish lists and marking their calendars for one of the season’s most anticipated events—Christmas Con. Scheduled for December 12-14, 2025, at the New Jersey Expo Center, the event promises a festive celebration with some of Hallmark’s beloved holiday movie stars.
On May 9, 2025, organizers unveiled the first wave of celebrity attendees, introducing newcomers Brendan Penny, Rachael Leigh Cook, Heather Hemmens, and Brandon Routh to the roster. Returning favorites include Tyler Hynes, Kimberley Sustad, Paul Campbell, and Andrew Walker among many others. Meanwhile, VIP passes have already sold out, and regular weekend tickets are 90% gone, indicating a high demand among fans.
Christmas Con, established in 2019 by Thats4Entertainment, is renowned for being the first celebrity autograph convention dedicated to holiday movie stars and has significantly grown in size since its inception, selling out its initial event. Fans can expect an array of activities, such as photo opportunities, celebrity panels, movie premieres, a holiday market, and an indoor Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
The surge in popularity of events centered around holiday movies is evident. Hallmark recently launched its own version, the Hallmark Christmas Experience, which attracted nearly 40 stars throughout four weekends in 2024. Additionally, the success of Hallmark’s Christmas Cruises in 2024, which allowed fans to mingle with stars while sailing to the Bahamas, highlights the community’s longing for unique interactive experiences.
While other fan conventions like RomaDrama face uncertain futures, the excitement for Christmas Con shows that Hallmark fans are ready to celebrate the holiday season well in advance. As organizers plan the rest of their lineup, the holiday spirit is already in the air.
