Utah State Men’s Tennis Dominates Idaho in 7-0 Victory
Utah State men’s tennis team secured their third-straight victory and seventh win in eight matches by defeating Idaho 7-0 at the Sports Academy & Racquet Club in Logan, Utah. The Aggies set the tone early in doubles play with senior David Martirosian and freshman Eliot Nobel clinching a 6-1 victory at the top spot. The team continued their dominance with wins at five of six singles positions. Martirosian sealed the victory at the third spot with a 6-2, 6-1 win.
The Aggies played all matches to completion, with Dmitri Goubin and Sergi Mico Fenollar also securing singles victories. Utah State’s next game will be against New Mexico on Thursday, April 17, followed by Senior Day celebrations against Air Force on Saturday, April 19.
