Utah State women’s tennis team is gearing up to begin Mountain West play this weekend at the Sports Academy & Racquet Club in Logan. The Aggies will face off against San José State on Friday, March 14, at 11 a.m., followed by a match against Fresno State on Sunday, March 16, at 11 a.m.
In historical matchups, San José State currently leads the series against Utah State, with the Spartans winning the last eight meetings. On the other hand, Fresno State holds a dominant 8-1 lead in their series against the Aggies.
Last week, Utah State went 1-1 in matches in California, narrowly losing to UC Irvine before bouncing back with a win against Illinois State. The team is currently undefeated at home this season with a record of 3-0 at the Sports Academy & Racquet Club.
