CEO Michael Rosenthal of HRTC Technology recently shared his journey into the healthcare industry with TechInformed at the HIMSS conference. Drawing inspiration from his time processing insurance claims, Rosenthal’s passion for solving problems and helping people led him to start HRTC. With a technical background in computer information systems, Rosenthal navigated challenges in entering the healthcare industry through networking and maintaining a positive mindset.
HRTC addresses healthcare industry issues by providing providers with accurate patient data to make informed decisions through their technology that bridges gaps between patient data systems. Additionally, the incorporation of AI into their products assists in predicting patient diseases and providing preventative care. Rosenthal envisions interoperability in healthcare continuing to improve with the adoption of newer integration standards in the next five years.
Despite the challenges, Rosenthal’s motivation stems from the impact he can make in improving patient care and making the world a better place. When not working, he enjoys recharging with me-time in his private space. As a cappuccino lover with oat milk and brown sugar, Rosenthal’s journey highlights his dedication to using technology to enhance patient care and save lives.
