Utah Royals FC Unveils New ‘Great Salt Lake’ Blue Kits Ahead of 2025 NWSL Season Opener
The Utah Royals FC, in partnership with the National Women’s Soccer League and NIKE, Inc., have revealed their new ‘Great Salt Lake’ Blue secondary uniform in preparation for the upcoming 2025 season opener. The team will face expansion rivals Bay FC on March 15 at America First Field in Sandy, with tickets available for purchase.
The design of the new kits, which includes the ‘Ascent’ and ‘Great Salt Lake’ kits, pays homage to the landscapes and colors significant to the state of Utah. The ‘Great Salt Lake’ kit aims to bring awareness to the preservation of the iconic natural resource.
In conjunction with sponsor America First Credit Union, Utah Royals FC will make a $10,000 donation to the Great Salt Lake Trust, showcasing the club’s commitment to environmental sustainability and local conservation efforts.
The new matchday uniforms feature Nike DRI-FIT ADV technology for optimal performance, with replica and authentic versions available for purchase. Fans can also customize jerseys with the names of their favorite NWSL athletes competing in the 2025 season. The NWSL season kicks off with the Challenge Cup on March 7 and regular season matches starting on March 14. Utah Royals FC looks to continue their success under Head Coach Jimmy Coenraets as they take on Bay FC in their season opener.
