The Utah Ski Team got off to a strong start at the RMISA Championships in Girdwood, Alaska, with Claire Timmermann and Johs Braathen Herland both finishing in second place in the giant slalom event. The team currently leads the overall standings with 178 points, followed by Colorado and Montana State. Timmermann, Kaila Lafreniere, and Kaja Norbye led the way for the women’s team, all finishing in the top five with Timmermann securing her second straight podium finish.
