Ski Team Achieves Four Podium Finishes in Split Day Event


The Utah Ski Team had a successful day with the alpine team competing in a giant slalom qualifier at home in Park City, while a smaller Nordic team participated in a race in Minturn. Claire Timmermann finished third in the GS, with Kaja Norbye, Evelina Fredricsson, and Melanie Dahlberg also placing in the top-10. On the men’s side, Johs Braathen Herland and Sindre Myklebust secured top finishes in the GS. In the Nordic race, Erica Lavén won her fifth consecutive race, and Zachary Jayne earned his first podium as a Ute. The team is second in the meet standings with 476 points.
