Mariner’s Bethel Global Methodist Church in partnership with Aldersgate Renewal Ministries will be hosting a regional prayer event in March. The event will focus on answering questions about prayer, such as different ways to pray, the importance of praying in public, and the concept of praying without ceasing. The event will take place on March 28-29 and will include topics like altar prayer ministry, prophetic prayer, and corporate and individual prayer. The event aims to deepen participants’ prayer lives and equip them to pray within their local churches. Children and youth will also receive teachings on prayer at their own level, with a nursery provided for babies and pre-schoolers.
Rev. Dr. Rebecca Collison, senior pastor of Mariner’s, emphasized the importance of being honest in prayer and listening as much as talking. Rev. Dr. Leo Park, associate pastor at Mariner’s, who has focused his doctoral work on prayer ministry, invited Aldersgate Renewal Ministries to offer the conference in Ocean View.
