Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new sexual assault and rape accusations, with five new civil lawsuits filed against him in the Southern District of New York. The suits, brought by attorney Tony Buzbee, accuse Combs of sexually assaulting or raping the plaintiffs between 2000 and 2022. Two of the plaintiffs are men and three are women, including one who alleges Combs raped her when she was 13 years old. Combs is also accused of drugging the plaintiffs in the suits.
Buzbee plans to file a total of seven suits against Combs and others as more evidence is gathered. Combs’ team has not yet responded to the new allegations. This comes after six previous suits were filed against Combs last week, which he has denied through his legal representation.
Combs is currently being held without bail on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges, with his trial set to begin on May 5. Prosecutors are going through data on over 90 devices seized from Combs’ properties. His legal team has also requested that his accusers be publicly identified in the federal case.
Despite previous accusations from individuals such as Dawn Richard and Casandra Ventura, Combs has denied all allegations against him. He is continuing to fight his bail denial and has filed an appeal in New York’s federal appeals court.
