A man suspected of a second assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump acknowledged his plot in a note found by police. Ryan Wesley Routh wrote in the note that it was an assassination attempt, but he failed. Prosecutors revealed that Routh had also dropped off a box containing ammunition and tools at a witness’s house months before the attempt.
